This FAQ will grow over time, but here are the most important tidbits:
Yes, we charge a handling fee on top of the regular charge for shipping. This amount goes to pay for packaging and materials necessary to keep your order in the best condition possible during its potentially damaging trip from our place to yours. The handling rate is 1% of the total order cost, but will never be less than $2.00.
All items will be insured when applicable and the fee is included in the final charges. Any item not arriving on time or arriving in a damaged condition is the responsibility of the shipping contractor (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). However, Monster Factory Amplification will work with you and the shipping contractor to resolve any issues you may have.
FOR AMPS:
Shipping is based on weight, size, destination, contractor, and speed. Monster Factory Amplification attempts to locate the lowest rate by shopping carriers for you depending on your item. Amps shipped outside the Continental United States (CONUS) and/or with special shipping considerations may have additional shipping charges added.
FOR EVERYTHING ELSE:
Standard shipping is United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail using flat rate containers where possible.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
All Monster Factory Amplification amplifiers are warranted to be free of defects in craftsmanship for five (5) years from the original date of purchase. Likewise, all component warranties extend from the same original date of purchase. Speakers are warranted for three (3) years, transformers are warranted for one (1) year, tubes and footswitches are warranted for ninety (90) days, and all other components are warranted for five (5) years.
There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than those expressed above. Further, there is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover units used for loan or rental.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase must accompany any and all claims. All warranty repairs must be made by Monster Factory Amplification or an authorized service center. A warranty claim cannot be considered or accepted until the product has first been inspected by Monster Factory Amplification or an authorized representative. Damaged or defective items determined to be under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Monster Factory Amplification. This warranty is void if any of the following conditions apply:
Any product that has been repaired or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than Monster Factory Amplification or an authorized service center, excluding tube changes and routine bias adjustment;
Any modification to the product by anyone other than Monster Factory Amplification or an authorized service center, including installation of different tube types;
Damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit or impact from hard objects;
Damage due to liquid contamination;
Damage resulting from any use other than that for which it was intended;
Damage due to incorrect connection, connection to faulty equipment, or connection to faulty or incorrect power sources;
Damage in transit as a result of inadequate packaging or protection by anyone other than Monster Factory Amplification or an authorized representative;
Damage to packaging, including, but not limited to, instrument/ flight cases.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The above warranty represents the purchaser's exclusive remedy and Monster Factory Amplification shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to the product sold.
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warrant or the exclusion may not apply to some purchasers. This warranty gives purchasers specific legal rights and purchasers may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by a Warranty Return Authorization Number (WRAN). To obtain a WRAN, send an email with a brief description of the problem and surrounding conditions to the below address. Products returned without a WRAN may be subject to an administrative fee. If warranty repair is authorized, Monster Factory Amplification will cover all reasonable shipping charges. A paid shipping receipt is required for any claims. If warranty repair IS NOT authorized, Monster Factory Amplification WILL NOT be responsible for any shipping and/or handling charges.
